Ulrich Amberg
Managing Partner

Ulrich Amberg is a senior executive with more than two decades of global leadership experience in professional services and in scaling high-growth B2B technology ventures as a CEO. Before launching Amberg Advisory, he spent 8 years as a KPMG equity partner, where he built and led a consulting practice with 9 partners and over 150 professionals.
He combines deep technical knowledge in information technology with a practical understanding of strategy, governance, business and operating model design and has a proven track record in driving and leading product innovation, market expansion, international operations, and 8-figure scale-up fundraising.
Ulrich co-founded multiple start-up companies and supports multiple ventures as a board member. He is a passionate people leader and team player; strong at building cross-functional teams, forging strategic partnerships, and navigating complex public and private sector landscapes.
Ulrich holds a bachelor degree in computer science, an executive master degree in business administration and he graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He has been awarded «Digital Shaper» in 2026 by digitalswitzerland and Bilanz as one of the top 100 individuals driving digital transformation in Swiss business and society.
